Pastoral Council Serve as a member of the pastoral council in a consultative manner to the pastor on parish wide items and direction.  The pastor is the only legal representative of the parish and presides over the parish council with final decision. Those Eligible The composition and size of the parish council is left entirely to the discretion of the pastor. Commitment The Pagella & Policies require the parish council to meet quarterly. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory for any serving member.
